My name is Julia Fareniuk.
I am a professional home stager in Greece and the Founder & Creative Director of Home Staging Services Greece E.E. — the first company offering structured professional home staging services across Greece.
With a background in real estate sales and team leadership, I gained a deep understanding of buyer psychology and market dynamics. I learned what prevents properties from selling faster and how true value is formed in real estate decisions.
As a member of the Global Association of Professional Home Stagers and FIABCI Greece Chapter, I actively contribute to the development and recognition of home staging as a strategic tool in real estate, directly influencing market performance.
